Eel (FISH) (Anguilla anquilla) 98.7% (aquaculture product from: see packaging), salt 1.3%, smoke.

Eels naturally contain omega 3 fatty acids and are rich in vitamin D. The ESF logo shows that the eel comes from a managed stock.

Serving suggestion: delicious with pasta with leeks and tomatoes, as a salad or on a white bread roll.
