Trout (VIS) (Oncorhynchus Mykiss) 97.3% (Aquaculture product from France), salt, vinegar, smoke.

For the smoked trout fillet, we use trout farmed in the French Ardennes. Because of the good balance between meat and fat content, trout are excellent for hot smoking. The trout is smoked on beech wood. This gives the products a specific and distinctive taste. Furthermore, smoked trout is rich in vitamin D and Omega 3 fatty acids. Sustainability has been an important driver. That is why the trout carries the ASC label.
